Construction Training in the North of Scotland
North Highland Construction Training Group (NHCTG) was established in 2013 to promote workplace Health and Safety in the Construction Industry, and to organise and provide ongoing training and certification in a wide variety of construction and industrial skills.

Training Courses
We work with recognised and established training providers and offer subsidised courses which our members and their employees can attend as required. Our members can notify us what courses they would like to see run, we then plan a training calendar to try and ensure we have sufficient numbers to justify running each course. The Group Training Officer can schedule courses wherever the need is identified within Caithness and Sutherland, or alternatively at the members premises, if requested.
Our funding comes in the form of a grant from the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB).
